Mission
Studio Benavente Architects Inc. was conceived as an ensemble group of design professionals specializing in the concept of merging with the client's team. The firm name was derived from the model of the studio musician that provides backup to a variety of musical groups. We emphasize service and responsiveness.

A review of our client list will reveal that most are property and facilities managers. These are repeat clients that depend on the level of commitment that we provide. We are structured to respond to on-call assignments. On commercial interiors we specialize in thematic development based on corporate imagery, developing a vocabulary of forms and finishes to express corporate ideals.

Portfolio
Our portfolio includes commercial and retail office spaces, corporate facilities, industrial buildings, and residences. We are proud to have served Bank of the West, California State Automobile Association, Mervyn's of California, Tosco, U.S. Bancorp, Virgin Mobile, and the U.S. Department of Energy/Lawrence Berkeley/Livermore Lab Joint Genome Institution. We have tended to the needs of small businesses, the University of California at Berkeley, and municipalities such as the City of Concord.

Goals
Communication is the key element of any successful project. Our main goal is to provide a level of service that meets the need of our clients. We work to develop and maintain cooperative relationships with regional authorities and a wide range of building industry professionals.
